The Vice Chancellor’s Residence Delhi University Enclave given by the brilliant, thoughtful economist Professor KN Raj Vice Chancellor to help set
The Faculty Club
while opting to stay on in his Professor flat on Campus.
Thus was formed
The name suggested by Syed H Hashmi (KM-Delhi College) the defining sub-title proposed by Narendra Aggarwal (Hindu College – The Hindustan Times)
