Our series of all inclusive public – socio-intellectual campaigns led to the institution of The River Jamuna Development Board Govt of India in 1993
This seminar was dedicated to the memory of renowned agro-scientist and thinker Professor Kailas Nath Kaul, brother – in – law of Prime Minister Jawahar Lal Nehru and beloved husband of eminent , long serving Cabinet Minister Mrs Sheila Kaul.
