The Rose Festival

Over 2800 youth participated (SRINAGAR 1988)

“Thank you” card received from The President Srinagar YMCA and Principal Burn Hall School Kashmir for the Form’s active participation Delegates at the historic Rose Festival in Srinagar and in the Kashmir Valley in which 3100 Youth culture Delegates participated.
The festival was designed by Sydney Robeiro and it’s Patrous included chief Member Dr Farooq Abdullah, Governor Jagmohan and the Union Minister for Youth Affairs & Sports Ms Margaret Alva.
